Good morning fine foodie

I would like to talk about how to make garlic chicken on pasta wish a sauce supreme and the ingrediants involved in the process. You start out with oil and butter, combine in a pan and brown chicken then transfer into baking dish, salt and pepper. Then Saute a chopped up onion and unpeeled garlic cloves, top over chicken. Take chicken stock and add into the rest of the oil and onion/ garlic in pan, bring to a boil and top that over chicken and then cover and stick into oven at 350 degrees for 45 min and uncover for 15 min for a total of 1 hour of cooking. Going back to the pan with oil take and add cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper, lemon juice and various other spices not to forget a splash of beer. Then add a roux to thicken. Next take and make spagetti noodles using salt and the rest of the chicken stock. When your done cooking and take the noodles in the center of the plate and top with the chicken and sauce.

The first weekend to myself

What can be said to a lazy weekend besides getting extra sleep and not going anywhere; well nothing actually. I spent saturday getting ready for an event for Iron Touques on to arive and find out that the reps at the gate had no idea why I was there. I left with a class mate back to Alameda and we found ourselfs at an Art and Wine Festival. It wasnt bad vendors and music, a nice detour to a abstract morning. We spent a couple of hours there and ended with a walk to the beach. Then on sunday I slept until 1300 (1pm) and didnt do much for the rest of the day.

Family Reunion

My family or rather my relatives are a group of individuals that seem to go where there is food. With that being said I showed up with my grandmother and my uncle to Newport Beach to a house that was right on the water; I mean jump in the ocean right out of the back yard right on the water.
The house has 3 floors and a wine celer. Including kat walks on the roof to over look the channel where every boat and bardge had been sailing. Getting back to the back yard, I was able to walk across a sky bridge above the water and down a ramp to a boat dock where my cousin and I proceeded to jump into the channel. Lets just put it this way I was singing alto with as cold as the water was. We both swam down to the shore line a couple houses away and walked down to the beach and went body surfing. The waves where really high and riding them in was amazing. I just had to watch out when they hit the shore line; skin and sand do not mix. I'd stand up and get knocked back down. Finally i was able to get out of the waves where we proceeded to swim back to the dock and get out and enjoy the rest of the day.
We headed up stairs and played pool; looser went and down and got beer.
I will say this with all the bread that i brought every kid there was running around with a baguette in their hands by the end of the day.
